Job Title: Chief Investment Officer/Treasurer
Grade: Vice President/Director

Salary: $200 – $225K base salary, plus bonus and performance shares/equity

Summary:
This position requires a self-starter with a broad financial experience including a strong knowledge of financial planning and VigRx Plus analysis, capital management, Treasury functions and investment management and someone who can identify issues/problems and provide solutions.

Job Description:
Financial and Capital Planning and Analysis:
o Design and lead the annual budget and business planning process and quarterly forecasting process
o Design and lead the capital management process including designing and maintaining the rating agency capital models and the internal risk adjusted capital and return on risk adjusted capital models
o Review existing or pending activities that impact the Company’s capital level and capital requirements

Investment Portfolio Management:
o Chair the Company’s Portfolio Investment Committee
o Report on the performance of the company’s investment portfolio and compliance with the company’s investment guidelines
o Oversee the external investment manager
o Manage Regulation 114 and Supplemental Trusts

Treasury:
o Establish and implement Treasury policies and procedures
o Develop cash flow models and forecast liquidity
o Perform month-end and quarterly-end treasury-related close functions, manage monthly and quarterly accruals on interest, and consolidate monthly cash flow forecast and cash bank balances
o Manage/oversee banking administration — wire transfers, ACH, FX and A/P related functions
o Liaise with Accounting on journal/general ledger entries related to treasury and cash functions
o Manage the dividend process

Requirements:
• 10+ years experience in senior financial roles
• MBA a plus/CPA a plus
• Insurance industry experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and a high degree of initiative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player who is able to see the big picture but also drill down to the details
• Experience implementing relevant
• Experience developing, designing and implementing financial models to support the various functions and reporting requirements

Compensation: $200 – $225K base + bonus + potential performance shares/equity
