> International Tax Manager (Boston)
> Main Job purpose:
> • Assist in the management and monitoring of intercompany transfer pricing policy (both US and foreign) including analysis of transactions, maintenance of transfer pricing documentation and managing advisors;
> • Maintain and update intercompany agreements, including but not limited to services, licenses, and loans
> • Perform analysis of subpart f income, investments in US property, foreign subsidiary earnings and profits and tax pools, and foreign exchange gains and losses.
> • Responsible for timely, accurate, and defensible, international tax compliance including the review of forms 5471, 1118, 8858, 8865, 5713, and TD F 90-22.1.
> • Assist in all U.S. and foreign tax audit related matters
> • Prepare and review analyses and memos supporting foreign FIN 48 computations.
> • Review Canadian federal and provincial tax returns
> • Analyze foreign direct and indirect tax laws and apply them to various business proposals in the Americas region.
> • Research International issues and support special projects as required.
> • Assist with ensuring that international tax functions are in compliance with internal SOX policies
> Job Requirements
> Education:
> • Self motivated with excellent technical and analytical skills
> • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic fast-paced environment
> • 6 to 8 years of relevant tax experience
> • Requires an minimum of a Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree or CPA Preferred
