Growing Real Estate company, in search for an Executive Assistant and
Office manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing
senior administrative support and office management for the managing
partners. Location: NYC Responsibilities• Setting up and managing all
meetings and calendar duties for the managing partners.· Assisting
in managing output, workflow and office deadlines· Liaise with high
profile individuals, service providers etc to arrange meetings,
prepare agendas and draft minutes.· Marketing and social media
related involvement including maintenance of the website• Making
international and domestic travel arrangements.• Assisting with
presentation creation and delivery.· Assisting with paychecks,
budget, payment transfer and accounting related issues. • Some
research and presentation preparation, media relations and promotional
work.· General administrative duties including: purchasing supplies
and vendor relation.· Working in a multicultural environment with
different time zone.· Undertake any other duties as requested by the
managing partners. Qualifications· BA/BS with 5 years experience as
an Executive Assistant in a corporate environment.· In-depth
knowledge of advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Internet programs. Competencies Required• Ability to
successfully work in a fast-paced environment.• Ability to manage
multiple tasks successfully and prioritize.• Very strong
organizational skills and detail-orientation.• Excellent interpersonal
and customer service orientation.• Excellent communication skills,
both verbal and written· Reliable, right- hand figure.•
